Chip solid electrolytic capacitors are stable enough and explosion-proof, and what other advantages

The difference between SMD solid state electrolytic capacitors and liquid capacitors is reflected in the use of different dielectric materials, liquid capacitor dielectric material is electrolyte, while SMD solid electrolytic capacitors are conductive polymer materials. At this stage, SMD solid state electrolytic capacitors have many advantages, and many people favor solid state capacitors. So, what are the characteristics of solid capacitor? What is its advantage over liquid electrolytic capacitors?

SMD solid state electrolytic capacitors are useful for their stability and explosion-proofness. Since solid state capacitors use conductive polymer products as dielectric material, the material will not interact with aluminum oxide and will not explode when energized; at the same time, it is solid state, so naturally it will not burst due to heating and expansion. Solid state capacitor has the advantages of environmental protection, low impedance, high and low temperature stability, high ripple resistance, high trust, etc. It is a good product among electrolytic capacitor products at this stage. Moreover, solid state capacitors have 260 degree temperature resistance, good conductivity, frequency and service life.

It is suitable for low voltage and high current applications, mainly used in digital products such as thin DVD, projector, industrial computer, and also widely used in computer board products in recent years.   SMD solid state electrolytic capacitors are able to work stably in high temperature environments, and the use of this capacitor can directly improve the performance of your motherboard. Due to its wide impedance range, it is suitable for power supply filtering. It is especially important when it comes to overclocking, as it provides a stable and sufficient power supply. Solid capacitors work well in high temperature environments, maintaining a wide range of electrical properties. Its full temperature variation is no more than 15%, which is significantly better than liquid electrolytic capacitors. In addition, solid-state electrolytic capacitors are largely unaffected by operating voltage, thus ensuring their stable operation in an environment with voltage fluctuations.

Compared with liquid aluminum electrolytic capacitors, solid-state electrolytic capacitors are considered to be "long-lived". It will not be broken, nor do you have to worry about the electrolyte drying out and leaking to affect the stability of the motherboard. It will not evaporate and expand or even burn in high temperature environment like liquid electrolyte. Even if the temperature of the capacitor exceeds its tolerance limit, the solid state electrolyte will just melt without causing the capacitor's metal case to burst, making it very safe. Because there are not as many problems as liquid electrolyte, it makes the motherboard more stable and reliable, which also makes solid state electrolytic capacitors last significantly longer than liquid electrolytic capacitors.
