The CBB60 30μF 450V is a film capacitor specifically designed for AC motor starting and running. It uses a polypropylene film as the dielectric and features a combination of lead wires, screw mounting points, and terminal blocks to provide continuous and stable phase compensation and current support for various household appliances and small industrial water pumps. Its S0 explosion-proof rating and fully sealed packaging ensure safe operation in complex environments.


Technical Characteristics and Physical Performance

Self-healing structure design: When a local breakdown occurs within the dielectric, the metallized layer around the breakdown point quickly evaporates, automatically isolating the fault point and restoring insulation performance. This feature significantly extends the component's lifespan and prevents system failure due to single-point failure.

Extremely low dielectric loss:  Under long-term power-on conditions, the internal heat generation is extremely low. The low-loss characteristic not only improves energy conversion efficiency but also ensures that the capacitor maintains capacity stability even in high-temperature environments, reducing performance degradation caused by thermal runaway.

High insulation strength and impact resistance:  It possesses strong voltage fluctuation resistance and can withstand surge currents generated during motor startup. High insulation resistance effectively prevents leakage current, ensuring stable performance even under frequent start-stop conditions.

Fully sealed epoxy resin encapsulation: The casing is made of flame-retardant material, and the interior is filled with epoxy resin. This fully sealed process isolates external moisture and dust, giving the component excellent weather resistance, allowing it to operate safely in humid or environments with large temperature differences (such as pump rooms or kitchen and bathroom appliances).

Convenient engineering installation design: It comes with fixing screws and terminal blocks. This structure simplifies the assembly process, eliminating the need for complex welding processes; circuit connections can be completed through screw crimping, making it particularly suitable for after-sales maintenance and replacement or modular production line installation.
